I’d been looking around for a PT for a while, but where I am not a huge gym person, I kept putting off committing to anyone. Then I came across Steph and I am so glad I did! Her communication has always been incredibly fast, helpful and friendly and she’s made me feel completely at ease around her from the beginning. I also love how she works out of Castle Fitness too, it’s a fantastic smaller setting, whilst still providing all the high-quality equipment you’d need – literally my ideal, as it took away any kind of intimidation or embarrassment I’d have felt walking into a busy gym.
I’ve only been working with Steph for a month so far, but I’ve already felt the benefits of having access to her knowledge, accountability and encouragement and our sessions are quickly becoming a highlight that I look forward to each week. Thank you Steph!

What a fantastic Personal Trainer! I was previously nervous about having PT sessions as I have never been the most sporty, but after meeting Steph in the gym I was amazed with how kind, welcoming and supportive she was, regardless of my fitness level. She adapted sessions to my fitness level, altered circuits to keep each session different and really listened to my fitness goals! I ended up losing more weight than I planned for which is fantastic! But more than just lowering the number on the scale, Steph really helped me to develop my confidence in myself and my body, with lifestyle tips and nutritional guidance being integrated into every session. She will push you hard in the gym but she will also support you through every step of your weight loss or general fitness journey! I would recommend her to anyone. Thankyou Steph!

Steph is a real gem! I am in my fifties and haven’t done any exercises for a little more than a year due to Covid. I have explained what I was looking for, where I needed to tone and my goals. Steph is a very good listener and has created the perfect programme. She has helped me to gain confidence and I can now push myself further thanks to her encouragements. Steph is great! I needed to lose a stone and some inches for my wedding, she got my diet in check straightaway and was always there to give me advice if I was starting to wobble a little on the healthy eating. She also gave me great advice on my exercise and helped me make sure I had a good balance of cardio and core workouts. I made goal by my wedding, my dress fitted and I was so pleased with how I looked! Thank you Steph for everything!
