I have a passion for health and fitness and love to learn more within the health and fitness industry, and being able to then transfer my knowledge to be able to help people achieve their goals and to feel better, more confident and an overall change within their mood and stress levels. I have always been very sporty and interested within this industry and I became a fully qualified Personal Trainer at 19, from there I have progressed to achieve more qualifications to improve my knowledge and improve how I work with my clients, from Nutrition, to Lower back pain, GP referral, and Strength and Conditioning Qualifications to work with Athletes, I am able to work with a mix of different abilities in and out of the gym.
